Our story started in 1979 when Bubba, and Uncle Larry opened their first seafood market on Old Shell Road in the Spring Hill area of Mobile, Alabama. What began as a simple neighborhood shop quickly grew into a family tradition built on quality, hospitality, and a true passion for great seafood.

In 1988, we expanded to Gulf Shores, and by 1999, we settled into our current home in Orange Beach at 23043 Perdido Beach Boulevard. We’ve been proudly serving the coast from that spot ever since.

For over 40 years, we’ve been crafting our original spice blends and signature sauces with the same love and care that started it all. These time-tested recipes have become a staple for families across the Gulf Coast, and we’re excited to share them with you.
